Jenna Martin

Jenna began her career in ABA in 2020 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Since then, she has immersed herself in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Her experience working in both clinic and home settings with children aged 2 to 18 has equipped her with a diverse skill set and a comprehensive understanding of ABA practices.

Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2020, followed by a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas in 2022. Her academic background and hands-on experience have been pivotal in shaping her approach when supporting clients.
She has developed her career at Belay On, first as a lead RBT and now as a BCBA.

Jenna’s passion for supporting social skills, life skills, and fostering autonomy in each child is fulfilled through the individualized therapy done at Belay On. She is committed to creating impactful, individualized interventions that support each child’s unique needs and promote their personal growth.
