As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Belay On Autism Services, Holland brings over a decade of passion and expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in serving children and adults on the autism spectrum. Holland’s journey began in an inclusive preschool environment, where she witnessed firsthand the profound impact of early intervention, inclusion, and client-led intervention. Since then, Holland has expanded her experience to include working in clinic settings, providing ABA therapy to a diverse range of ages and levels of support. Through years of experience in clinic and home settings, Holland has seen the transformative effects of individualized ABA therapy on the lives of those we serve.
